Services

RECORDED SERVICES NOW AVAILABLE

We are now offering recorded services on our YouTube Channel, with a variety of interviews, reflections, prayers and songs. Just follow this L I N K

If you SUBSCRIBE, you will get a message every time they go live, so you won't miss any.

We have re-started some services in the parish and you are welcome to join us. Numbers are of course restricted still. If you would comply with the usual safety restrictions wherever possible that would be helpful; such as stay 2m apart, sanitise hands when you arrive and wear a mask. There are no collections during our services now, but a plate is available on entry should you wish to make your offering, or if you prefer you can do so directly.

Until we can fully re-open our churches we are recording some services and some services will be available via Zoom. To join services live during the week, use this link:

Morning Prayer

Daily Prayer

Prayer is central to our life as a Christian community but while we are in the grip of the Coronavirus we need to maintain this life style at home.

Let's pray together though. At 9am each morning we can pray, using any number of resources, such as Celtic Daily Prayer, Morning Prayer or something else. There are Apps for your smartphone or tablet, just go to your 'App Store' and search for daily prayer. For more information or use the Google Play link for Android devices or App Store link for Apple devices.

It is also possible to print off both pages of this Morning Prayer At Home leaflet and fold it in to a leaflet style.

On Monday mornings 10am there is a Zoom outreach prayer meeting (9am first Monday of the month)

On  Wednesday and Thursday mornings at 9am we have a Zoom Morning Prayer, using the Church of England App for daily prayer.

On Sunday afternoon at 4pm we have an evening service of prayer that will loosely follow Evening Prayer or Night Prayer, again using the C of E Daily Prayer app. You are welcome to join us. Simply follow this link to join in.

Although we cannot meet together for the time being, knowing that we are praying together at a certain time can be helpful. Pray for one another as well as for the world around us.

And pray in the Spirit on all occasions with all kinds of prayers and requests. With this in mind, be alert and always keep on praying for all the Lord's people.
